În timp ce președintele Donald Trump, în conferința de presă rostită imediat după capturarea președintelui – dictator Nicolas Maduro în urma acțiunii armatei S.U.A, “Absolute Resolve”, făcea trimitere la Doctrina Monroe, pe care cu mândrie spunea că a actualizat-o redenumind-o Doctrina Don-Roe, gândul meu s-a dus spre un concept ce poate fi acceptat ca fiind tot o doctrină și anume Testamentul lui Petru cel Mare.
Formulat in ultimul an de viață, 1725, Testamentul lui Petru I, Țarul Rusiei (1672-1725) a făcut vâlvă în anul 1757 la Curtea Regelui Ludovic al XV-lea și mai târziu, după publicare, în anul 1843, în Cancelariile europene.
Așa cum Doctrina Don-Roe, in extenso în Strategia de securitate națională a S.U.A., specifică cu subiect și predicat, clamarea dominației americane în emisfera occidentală, ce nu va mai fi pusă la îndoială niciodată, așa și Testamentul lui Petru cel Mare clamează dominația nației ruse asupra Europei, și extinderea spre India și Persia până la Golful Persic.
Să-i fi amintit Vladimir Vladimirovici Putin, președintele Federației Ruse, lui Donald John Trump, președintele S.U.A, de existența și beneficiile Doctrinei Monroe, la Summitul Rusia – Statele Unite ale Americii din 2025 din Anchorage, Alaska? Să se fi ajuns la o înțelegere de tip Yalta prin acceptarea celor două doctrine, Testamentul lui Petru cel Mare respectiv Doctrina Don-Roe? Să se fi parafat înțelegerea pentru dominația Federației Ruse asupra Europei și a S.U.A. pentru dominația asupra celor două continente americane la care se va cupla și Groenlanda?
Istoria va răspunde acestor întrebări…
În actuala ipotetică înțelegere, cu ce rămâne Republica Populară Chineză?
Cum cele două Americi și Groenlanda au fost atribuite, Europa și marea parte a Asiei au fost de asemenea atribuite, rămâne Africa, sudul Asiei inclusiv India și nerecunoscuta Republica China. Cum Republica Populară Chineză exercită deja o mare influență în zonă probabil că i se va recunoaște dreptul de ”stăpânire”.
Concluzionând, trasarea acestor noi sfere de influență, va aduce, poate, pacea pentru următorii 50 de ani.
Actorii cei mici vor trebui sa-și joace soarta cu înțelepciune așteptând din nou o fereastră de oportunitate.
Sau… poate totul este o plăsmuire din zona teoriilor conspiraționiste și Doctrina Don-Roe se va dovedi ultima zvâcnire a ultimului imperiu.

While President Donald Trump, in the press conference immediately after the capture of President-dictator Nicolas Maduro following the action of the U.S. military, “Absolute Resolve”, referred to the Monroe Doctrine, which he proudly said he had updated by renaming it the Don-Roe Doctrine, my thoughts went to a concept that can be accepted as a doctrine as well, namely the Testament of Peter the Great.

Just as the Don-Roe Doctrine, in extenso in the U.S. National Security Strategy, specifies with subject and predicate, the claim of American dominance in the Western Hemisphere, which will never be questioned again, so too does the Testament of Peter the Great claim the dominance of the Russian nation over Europe, and expansion towards India and Persia up to the Persian Gulf.
Did Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, remind Donald John Trump, the President of the U.S., of the existence and benefits of the Monroe Doctrine, at the 2025 Russia-United States Summit in Anchorage, Alaska? Did a Yalta-type agreement come about by accepting the two doctrines, the Testament of Peter the Great and the Don-Roe Doctrine, respectively? Did the agreement for the dominance of the Russian Federation over Europe and the U.S. for the dominance over the two American continents, to which Greenland will also be attached, be initialed?
History will answer these questions…
In the current hypothetical understanding, what is left for the People’s Republic of China?
Since the Americas and Greenland have been assigned, Europe and most of Asia have also been assigned, there remains Africa, southern Asia including India and the unrecognized Republic of China. Since the People’s Republic of China already exercises great influence in the area, it will probably be recognized as having the right to „mastery”.
In conclusion, the drawing of these new spheres of influence will perhaps bring peace for the next 50 years.
The small players will have to play their fate wisely, waiting for a new window of opportunity.
Or… maybe it’s all a fabrication from the area of conspiracy theories and the Don-Roe Doctrine will prove to be the last gasp of the last empire.
